As innovation across supply chain increases, there still remain significant challenges in every industry. The most forward-thinking organisations are looking for bright minds to solve their supply chain challenges.

To help connect business leaders to the next generation of supply chain planning leaders, Anaplan is excited to announce our upcoming Connected Supply Chain Hackathon, held in collaboration between Singapore Management University (SMU) and the Operations Management Society at SMU. This year’s hackathon will focus on innovative planning applications that can address crucial challenges facing organisations with regional and global supply chains.

The hackathon will be held in Singapore on October 6 and 7 at the Anaplan Asia Pacific HQ. Teams will compete to design innovative planning applications to real-world business challenges identified by visionary Anaplan customer William Grant & Sons. Anaplan and industry supply-chain leaders will select the winners of this year’s competition.

All participants of this year’s hackathon will be invited to attend the annual Anaplan Hub Comes to You conference on October 16, the largest Connected Planning event in Asia Pacific.

The winners of this year’s hackathon will be showcased at the conference, which will host over 300 companies.

About the Hackathon:

The hackathon aims to bring together industry experts and SMU supply chain students over a 48-hour period. They will think beyond the limitations of today’s supply chains and bring fresh and innovative ideas that can redefine the way we think about challenges in a fast-paced world. The hackathon will also provide a platform for educating and developing the supply chain talent of the future.
